I just LOVE Savannah, especially on beautiful days like this Saturday! And I know this fountain has been photographed to the max, but the light was hitting the water just so and I had to take the shot.
This is a temporary installation created by a SCAD graduate in connection with the Historic Preservation Society Gala held in Forsythe. I think they were making a statement about embracing Modernism while preserving the past....or something like that.
