Traveling to L.A. by plane for free, walking in the snow to my connection, sweet friendship, beautiful Elijah, lucky Godfrey, basketballs, "hoops," two-points, fish tacos, "choo choos," storm clouds, funky pine trees, gorgeous lighting, pealed paint, Whole Foods lunch, citrus fruit EVERY where I turn, farmer's markets, bananas, a little Webster on the way, hot tea & peanut butter toast, dark chocolate, a nice long walk, even longer girl talk, SPAM sushi, WINE, Hugaroos, Hawaiian food galore, adorable toddler with a thing for cool shoes, BBQ almonds, books, bamboo grass, Erykah Badu on my iShuffle, succulent gardens, photos to my cell phone of my beautiful daughter at her dance, cute padded diaper butts, ODD architecture, "ice, ice baaaaaaaby," good-night kisses, fried calamari, Lalapalooza, right?, sad good-byes with promises to visit again soon, 'André the Giant has a Posse' sticker at TSA check-point, effortless flights back home, and a very long welcome home hug from my FAM.
I am sooooooooooo lucky.
